58 year-old patient 5'5" and 138lbs. This patient underwent preoperative radiation therapy, bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with tissue expanders and a left latissimus dorsi and then implant exchange (345/385g).

40 year-old patient 5'3" 164lbs. This patient underwent right delayed breast reconstruction using a latissimus flap and tissue expander and subsequent implant exchange (525g). She also underwent a left balancing breast augmentation (310g)

57 year-old patient 5'5" tall and 140lbs. This patient had previous implant reconstruction performed by another surgeon which failed. Both implants had to be removed. She then underwent bilateral latissimus dorsi flap surgeries with tissue expanders in two separate stages. Lastly she underwent implant exchange (round, smooth, 520g), fat grafting and nipple reconstruction.

43 year-old patient 5'3" tall and 121lbs. This patient had a previous mastectomy on the right and requested delayed reconstruction as well as well as left prophylactic mastectomy. She underwent a right latissimus flap with tissue expander and left nipple-sparing mastectomy with tissue expander and Alloderm. She then underwent implant exchange for round gel implants (520g on left and 415g on right).

31 year-old patient that underwent bilateral mastectomies with implant and Alloderm reconstruction. She went on to have left-sided radiation and developed bilateral complications requiring conversion to latissimus flaps with implants (550g round silicone).

44 year-old patient 5'4" tall and 138lbs. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies with tissue expander placement and required right-sided radiation. She required conversion to bilateral latissimus dorsi flaps with implants (smooth round 370g). She then underwent bilateral 3D nipple tattoo.

46 year-old patient with previous lumpectomy to left breast. This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies with a latissimus dorsi flap on the left and bilateral tissue expanders. She then underwent bilateral implant exchange (520g/375g) and fat grafting.

49 year-old patient 5'4" and 110lbs. This patient underwent a right mastectomy and radiation therapy. She completed tissue expansion and required a right latissimus dorsi flap + 371g silicone implant. She also underwent a left submuscular breast augmentation with a 180g silicone implant.

53 year-old patient 5'8" tall and 190lbs. This patient had previous bilateral mastectomies and left-sided radiation. She underwent insertion of tissue expanders with subsequent expansion and placement of a round silicone implant on the right (650g) and a latissimus and round silicone implant on the left (450g).
