Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator Flap (DIEP)
45 year-old patient 5'7" tall and 135lbs. This patient underwent previous breast augmentation and was unhappy with the appearance. She had a revision with implant exchange and breast lift.
40 year-old patient 5'10" tall and 150lbs. This patient had right breast reconstruction performed elsewhere. She then developed left breast cancer. On the right she had revision with expander/implant and nipple share/tattoo. On the left she had a two stage nipple-sparing reconstruction.
59 year-old patient 5'4" tall and 125lbs. This patient had previous breast augmentation for breast asymmetry. She then developed implant rupture. She underwent bilateral insertion of tissue expanders and Alloderm. She then had fat grafting and implant exchange.
42 year-old patient 5'7", 145lbs. This patient had bilateral mastectomies and implant reconstruction performed elsewhere. She requested revision and underwent bilateral latissimus dorsi flaps with tissue expanders and implant exchange.
42 year-old woman 5'3" tall and 75kg. This patient underwent a breast reduction procedure elsewhere. She sought revisional surgery. She underwent bilateral revisional breast reduction with areolar reduction (355g on left and 288g on right).
54 year-old patient 5'4" tall an 160lbs. This patient underwent breast reconstruction elsewhere. She had revision using tissue expanders, Alloderm, new implants (610g) and fat grafting. She has had bilateral 3-D nipple areolar tattoo.
29 year-old patient 5'5" tall and 130lbs. This patient underwent bilateral explantation of previous implants with a mastopexy. Early, 2 month result shown.
46 year-old patient, 5'3" tall and 123lbs. This patient had silicone injections in her breasts. She then had removal of the silicone by another surgeon. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using round silicone gel implants (265g/240g) with scar revisions.
59 year-old patient 5'7" tall and 165lbs. This patient had breast reconstruction performed elsewhere. She underwent revision using new tissue expanders, implant exchange, skin excision and nipple reconstruction.
