1. What is volite?

Volite is a treatment that combines the concepts of a facial (skin hydration) with plumping (fillers). This treatment is administered through a series of tiny injections of hyaluronic acid (Juvederm) which ultimately plump and hydrate the skin and last for up to 9 months.  The effect is one of smoothing out fine lines and a more plump and dewy appearance. Typical areas that are treated include the face, neck, back of the hands and chest. The product does contain lidocaine (a numbing agent), but numbing cream can also be used prior to treatment. This treatment is a game changer!

The most common risk is swelling and bruising which will dissipate within a few days.
